Last updated: September 7, 2026. These terms cover using Calendih, subscription billing and cancellation, refunds, your content, and how account termination works.
Calendih is a calendar application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use Calendih.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
All payments are final. We don't offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, whether billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (see Section 2) — cancelling stops future charges, and you'll keep access to Calendih through the end of the period you've already paid for.
You own the events and data you create in Calendih. We don't claim ownership of it and only access it as needed to operate the service.
You may stop using Calendih at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Calendih is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
